Generally speaking, I am not a detail person. I am not OCD. But here is something I am pretty particular about, when I set up all of my nativity scenes, the Wisemen are coming from the East. And it bugs me a little when I see a beautiful nativity set set up incorrectly. Ask Ad, her sets have the Wisemen coming from the East.
This is the Christmas decorating that can be Biblically correct.
Sometimes it doesn't work because the mantle runs north and south. But really, everything is a little to the East.
Go fix your nativity sets!

My grandma was the exact same way...When we would play with the set we knew to put it back correctly...
Yes, but they can arrive from the east and go sit on the west, right?
Everyday I arrive at my job from the east, but sit at the west end of the building.....hmmm.
I am in total shock and dismay. How could the Costco box be wrong? My instinct says trust Tami and the Bible, not Costco.
Wait, I think the set was made in China. Isn't that in the east?!?!
That is the funniest thing I've heard in a long time. My Wise Men are on the east at the moment but not because I ever thought of that detail. At least one of mine is seated though so I agree with the previous comment that they could arrive from the east and sit on the west.
I'll keep it in mind next year when setting up my set though! Thanks!
