Take a Deep Breath

My Sam is flying toward Iraq as I write. He has been trained, he is ready, he loves his country, he loves God. All systems GO!

After receiving his deployment orders on Monday it has been hectic for him. Up in the air junior bird man, he is atta here. I'm okay. Not great, but okay. Tiny meltdown...

Since Monday he has had vaccines, medical and dental checkup, packed, found storage, packed some more, had his name sewed to his bags, clean his apartment, bought a new camera, said his good byes and this is the part that just does his Mama in, he made his funeral arrangements. Busy guy with a heavy load.

We are so proud of our soldier. And we are on our knees.
